What the purchase includes
Buying Wallseed includes 100 finished original wallpapers: 28 that ship inside the app download and 72 more in the Launch Vault, which downloads at no extra charge. Thirteen optional packs and one complete library unlock are permanent one time purchases. Nothing expires.
Restoring a purchase on a new device
Open Settings inside Wallseed and choose Restore purchases. Sign in with the same store account you bought with. Ownership is restored by the store, so packs come back without paying again. Downloaded image files are not restored automatically because they live on the device; tap a pack and download it again.
A pack will not download
Downloads need a working network connection and free storage. Check the pack size shown before download, free up space if needed, then retry. Downloads resume rather than starting over. If a download keeps failing, restore purchases first, then retry.
Freeing storage
The storage screen lists what is on the device and lets you remove downloaded originals. Removing files frees space and never removes ownership; you can download them again later.
Rotation, pairs, and framing
Rotation runs every 15 minutes, hourly, every six hours, or daily, and can run one shared schedule or separate home and lock schedules. Coordinated lock and home pairs apply both screens in one tap. Framing choices, including zoom, vertical focus, dimming, and top of screen readability, are saved per wallpaper and reused whenever that image returns.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds are requested from them. On iOS use reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android use the Google Play order history. Write to us as well and we will help.
